Your Clerk’s Office wears a lot of hats! 🎩⚖️

With more than 1,000 responsibilities outlined in Florida law, our team serves Citrus County in more ways than you might realize.

In addition to serving as Clerk of the Circuit Court, Clerk Perry also serves as the County Recorder, Auditor, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners.

While those are a lot of titles, they all have one thing in common — serving our community and helping keep local government running smoothly, responsibly, and transparently.

On Patriot Day, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans whose courage and sacrifice showed the strength of our nation.

We will never forget those who gave everything, the families forever changed, and the unity that brought Americans together in the days that followed.

May we always remember.

If you were summoned for Jury Pool #653 scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026, your service is still required. Check in will begin at 7:30am. Please report to the 1st floor of the Citrus County Courthouse. Please bring your jury summons with the back of it filled out.

You may wish to bring a jacket or sweater as courtrooms are often set to a cooler temperature. Due to the uncertainty of a lunch period, consider bringing a non-perishable lunch or snack.

For an interpreter visit www.circuit5.org/programs-services/interpreting-services/ and complete a request form at lease 7 days before your scheduled court appearance, or immediately on receiving this notification if the time before the scheduled appearance is less than 7 days.
