Night to Unite is almost here. Register your party today!

Residents within the IGH community are invited to host a Night to Unite party in their driveway, yard or in a park. You can request a visit from the Police Department, Fire Department and Parks and Recreation staff when your party is registered with the City!

Registered parties will also receive FREE ice cream from Cub in IGH and hot dogs from Hometown Meats. (A big thank you to both!)

Are you seeing unexpected "No Parking" signs in your neighborhood? This is because maintenance crews will be applying Ultra-Thin overlays to streets, primarily in the neighborhood west of Fleming Airfield, throughout June and into July. The "No Parking" signs will be removed as sections are completed. Residents are not assessed for this work.

This project is weather dependent but should only take a few weeks total. Parking rules will return to normal after the work is complete. Thank you for your patience! đź’š

At this week’s City Council meeting, two individuals and a local business were recognized for their efforts toward sustainability.

Nicholas Ruiz, Donald Fischer and the Gramercy Park of Inver Grove Heights Cooperative Living were given Sustainable IGH Gold Awards, meaning they completed five required sustainable actions and at least 10 additional actions.

We want to congratulate the winners again and thank them for making a measurable difference!
