serviceman from the Grand Traverse Region of Michigan to be killed in Vietnam. He was a Mortar man with the 2d Battalion, 9th Marines, 3d Marine Division, FMF. He was killed in action on 16 April 1966, from multiple fragmentation wounds in Quang Nam Province of the Republic of South Vietnam. He is listed on "The Wall" in Washington, DC, Panel 06E-Row 119.
