Pennsylvania families deserve better than a return to COVID-era government overreach.
The Shapiro administration has proposed Department of Health regulations that raise serious concerns about parental rights, privacy, civil liberties and the limits of government power, including troubling provisions involving students and families.
We learned important lessons during COVID. We should not repeat those mistakes. I am calling on the Shapiro administration to withdraw these regulations and encourage you to make your voice heard.
Protecting public health should never mean giving government unlimited authority to enter our homes, access private information or question children behind their parents’ backs.
