“A generous heart is always open, always ready to receive our going and coming. In the midst of such love we need never fear abandonment. This is the most precious gift true love offers - the experience of knowing we always belong.”  - bell hooks

What an unbelievably tremendous and deep loss. bell hooks was a foundational part of so many of our journeys into consciousness. We honor and give thanks to the ways you led us to a liberation practice grounded in radical love for self and community. bell, forever and ever ❤️

If you've been following us from the very, very beginning, you know how much we miss Black feminist book swapping and crafting all over town with y’all 😩 We're SO excited to have a permanent lending library in for folks to come and donate gently used or new books written by Black women and Black gender expansive authors in exchange for books to bring home at their leisure. Come through this weekend with your books to swap or donate! We'll see you there!
