❤️ CPR Awareness Can Save a Life ❤️
Every second counts in a cardiac emergency. Knowing CPR can mean the difference between life and death before professional help arrives.
🫀 What is CPR?
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency technique that helps keep blood and oxygen flowing when someone’s heart stops.
⏱ Why it matters:
Brain damage can begin within 4–6 minutes without oxygen. Immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival.
💡 You don’t need to be a medical professional to save a life—just willing to act.
Take a CPR class. Share this post. Be prepared.

Warren County Health Services offers CPR and First Aid training for individuals, childcare providers, and organizations. Learn life-saving skills, build confidence in emergencies, and be prepared to act when it matters most.

May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month 💚
Lyme disease is one of the fastest-growing vector-borne illnesses, yet it often goes unnoticed or misdiagnosed. Early symptoms can include fatigue, fever, headaches, and the classic “bullseye” rash—but not everyone gets the rash.
Prevention matters:
✔️ Use insect repellent
✔️ Wear long sleeves in wooded or grassy areas
✔️ Check for ticks after spending time outdoors
Early detection and treatment can make a huge difference. If you think you’ve been exposed, don’t ignore the signs—talk to a healthcare provider.
Let’s spread awareness, support those affected, and protect ourselves and our communities. 💚
