IM READY FOR CHANGE!!!! 🙏🏻🧐😡 (Tap and listen)

I’m so ready for a SAFER community. So tired of the violence/killings in our city and nothing being done about it. NOTHING!!! I’ve seen ad after ad and full front page write ups in the paper addressing everything under the sun EXCEPT for the one thing that Indianola is struggling with THE MOST! WHERE have you seen it being addressed! SHOW ME! Why hasn’t it changed? What has been done?
We’ve gotten to know Ken and Cheryl Featherstone in the last 6 weeks. They both love the Lord and are so extremely genuine. I get it when one says they love their job and that they are good in leadership. (for any job) But when you feel like you have been “called” to a position, and you say “yes”, out of obedience, then I ask you, “who can be against you”?
I have been so impressed with his knowledge about our town, the problems he knows that YOU AND I had no idea about and the resources that he can tap into that our current mayor has failed to do. Resources that will bring the crime rate DOWNNN and more patrol to our city.
AND DID YOU KNOW…because I didn’t, Cheryl’s background is in Juveniles/JUVENILE OFFENSES! You need someone to explain to you why the Court keeps releasing our criminals…..she’ll know the verbiage and lingo as to why things are done the way they are and what shouldn’t have been done. I mean….how many times have you wanted to ask the Judge yourself why she does keeps releasing them? YOU CANT! We have no one to educate us as to why. And no one to “call into question” as to “why”! Wouldn’t you like an advocate for you…..as a citizen? Wouldn’t you like someone to go to bat for you!!!!! God knows I do!!!!
It’s almost getting 2 for 1 from this couple! Do you know the laws pertaining to why our juveniles keep being released and not being held accountable for their criminal actions? I bet you don’t……as I don’t. BUT SHE DOES!
You want answers…..AND CHANGE…..might consider CHANGING YOUR VOTE!
Don’t go off of what my experiences have been with them, YOU ASK THEM to visit with you just as we have! Not once….but several times. Pick his brain! He’s ok with a firing squad.
And also…..don’t be so shallow and judge us for our change in a vote. I’ve done my homework. I’ve done my praying. We ALL have made mistakes and I’m thankful that I serve a God who shows goodness, MERCY and FORGIVENESS.
Isn’t that what He commands us to do? 🤷♀️.
I don’t care what “party” you represent. That’s not what it’s about. It’s about seeing a CHANGE!!! That’s what matters!
I beg of you to call him! Candidates can’t possibly cover EVERYTHING in their campaigning. TALK WITH HIM! Get to know him. Don’t be so unfair that you Judge him/them off of what you’ve heard about him/them. Would you like it if someone did that to you?
IF WANNA SEE A CHANGE……THEN MAKE A CHANGE! You still have time!
