Rose Funaro Houston for Warren County Recorder My name is Rose Funaro Houston and I am running for Warren County Recorder. I have been employed with the Polk County Recorders office for 13 years.

I was born and raised in Indianola and I am looking forward to serving my own community in Warren County!

I would like to thank everyone for their support and all of you who took the time to get out and vote. As of right now, there has not been an official winner of the primary election for Warren County Recorder. The candidate that ended with the highest amount of votes did not reach the requirement of 35%. This will now be taken to the Republican Central Committee Convention, where the best candidate will be chosen. At a time during the race I had 32% votes and was leading it until the end. I know that there is still a great chance for me to win this race being a qualified candidate with the most Recorder office experience.

Such a fun filled day celebrating Memorial Day today. As we are greatly thankful for all the heroes, those who have fought and served our country and the ones who have lost loved ones. I am so thankful for all my people this morning at the Memorial Day parade. Friends and family, all of you that were riding, walking or watching to cheer me on, I am truly thankful for you! With only a week left until the primary election, each and every one of you have truly made this campaigning go much easier and fun for me, with you all by my side! It was meant to be that the parade ended at the cemetery, so I would have my mom be a part of our group! I miss my mom so much each and everyday, but as I pray about this, her and God have been my biggest helpers and supporters and I know she is cheering me on! Thank you, Jesus, friends and family! I love you all! 🇺🇸♥️🤍💙🇺🇸

WARREN COUNTY!! Starting today you can start voting for the important local primary election. This election is to determine which one of the four Republicans running for Recorder moves on to the general ballot in November. Get your vote in for Republican Rose Funaro Houston! Voting early in person can be done at the Warren County Administration building auditorium. You can also request an absentee ballot to send your vote in through the mail. I do have the request forms available if anyone needs one. If you can't get in during the week to vote in person, the Administration building will be open and available for you on Saturday June 4th from 7am-3pm! !
