We handled 15,238 calls in March! That's roughly 491 calls a day.📞

Our client services team is working hard every day to make sure clients get the support they need and this number reflects that commitment.

If you’re having trouble getting through, it’s usually due to high call volume. Our system can hold up to 7 callers at a time, and additional calls may be disconnected once that queue is full.

What helps:
• Stay on the line if you’re placed in queue
• If you get disconnected, try calling again in 15 minutes
• Try calling during non-peak hours
• Reach out directly to your case manager during office hours when possible

We appreciate your patience as we work to serve everyone as quickly and effectively as possible.

What if justice looked more like healing than punishment?

At Marion County Community Corrections, we’re rethinking what accountability can be. Because simply locking people away doesn’t address the “why,” and it doesn’t create real opportunities for change. So we’re charting a different path rooted in growth and in second chances.

This is what reimagining community corrections looks like.

Let's reimagine justice as a path to healing and growth, not just punishment. We've seen time and time again that locking people away rarely addresses the de...

202,165 calls answered. That is 554 a day, every day in 2025.

Our Client Services team is often the first voice someone hears when they're navigating community supervision and that responsibility is not lost on us. Thank you to our Client Services staff for the vital role you play in public safety and successful reentry. 📞

Earlier this month, a major milestone was reached, and it’s one worth celebrating.

We’re proud to recognize our Operations Manager, Kyle, on graduating from the 10th APPA Leadership Institute, a nationally respected, 12-month program focused on leadership development and driving meaningful change in the field of community corrections.

Fewer than 300 professionals nationwide have completed this program, and Kyle now joins that distinguished group, becoming the third leader from Marion County Community Corrections to achieve this milestone.

We’re proud and grateful to have Kyle leading the way.

We believe accountability should always come with opportunity.

This week, our staff and clients had the opportunity to serve side-by-side at Second Helpings, one of Indianapolis’ leading food rescue kitchens dedicated to fighting hunger and reducing food waste.

Experiences like this allow clients to step into the community, engage in pro-social environments, and earn personal time for every hour they give back.

We’re proud of our clients for showing up and making an impact where it matters most.

For many of the individuals we serve at Marion County Community Corrections, this is the reality they face while working to rebuild their lives.

That’s why our staff created the Welcome Home Pantry, to make sure our clients can focus on moving forward instead of worrying about their next meal.

Right now, our shelves need help. A simple donation from our Amazon wishlist ships directly to our Welcome Home Pantry and helps someone take their next step forward.
