Last month, our Client Services Call Center handled 15,732 calls from Home Detention clients.

High call volume can make it challenging to get through, but our team continues working hard to answer calls and support clients each day. Our call center is open 24/7/365 at (317)327-1115.

Marion County Community Corrections offices will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. Case managers will be out of the office and unavailable for normal communication.

If you need to report work hours, a schedule change, or another urgent supervision matter, please call the 24/7 Schedule Hotline at (317) 327-1115.

Offices will reopen during the next regular business day.

We handled 15,238 calls in March! That's roughly 491 calls a day.📞

Our client services team is working hard every day to make sure clients get the support they need and this number reflects that commitment.

If you’re having trouble getting through, it’s usually due to high call volume. Our system can hold up to 7 callers at a time, and additional calls may be disconnected once that queue is full.

What helps:
• Stay on the line if you’re placed in queue
• If you get disconnected, try calling again in 15 minutes
• Try calling during non-peak hours
• Reach out directly to your case manager during office hours when possible
