Sullivan Development is bringing more than $70 million in investment to create 270+ affordable apartments in Indianapolis. Most of the new homes will be along the 38th Street corridor south of the Indiana State Fairgrounds, turning vacant lots into places where families can thrive.

Today, Herff Jones announced an $8 million investment to expand their operations in Indianapolis, including building a new distribution facility, expanding their advanced printing technology, and upgrading their headquarters on the City’s west side.

Since 1920, Herff Jones has played a pivotal role in celebrating the academic accomplishments of the students of Indianapolis and across the country, and we are excited for their continued investment into our community.
