Project Greenlight is INDOT's initiative to increase worker safety at night or times of low visibility by equipping crews with green guardian angel safety lights.

These lights add a flashing green pattern to crew members' safety gear, making them 89% more visible to the traveling public, and visible from more than 3,700 feet away.

A conflict point is a location where a crash can occur. A conventional intersection has 42 conflict points, while an RCI can have as few as 16, depending on the design.
