IEP TA Center – Behavior Module

The IEP TA Center recently added a new module, Behavior Series: What Can I Do, I'm Not the Behavior Specialist, Functional Behavior Assessment, and Behavior Intervention Plans. To access the module, visit IEP TA Center’s Moodle site, create an account, and add the course. A certificate reflecting Professional Growth Points (PGPs) is available upon completion. Join educators on June 10th at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana, for the Indiana Council for Exceptional Children (INCEC) Beyond Barriers Conference. This inspiring day of professional learning will feature keynote speaker Dr. Cierra Kaler-Jones, Executive Director of Rethinking Schools, presenting "Hope in Action: Creating and Sustaining Liberatory Education Spaces." The event includes breakout sessions on inclusive practices, executive functioning, behavior supports, and equity for multilingual learners. Did you attend the 2024 Elevating Education: Improving Outcomes for All conference?

The Reading League's Andrea Setmeyer and Jessica Pasik, joined by chapter leaders from The Reading League Indiana enjoyed their time at it.

In addition to connecting with literacy leaders, educators, and advocates from across Indiana, Andrea and Jessica each led insightful sessions, sharing research and knowledge to help empower educators in their efforts to improve literacy outcomes for all students.

A special thank you to the Indiana Department of Education and IEP Technical Assistance Center for organizing such an impactful professional development experience!
