Davidson for Congress 2016 is the sole authorized candidate campaign committee of Allen R. Davidson. Davidson for Congress 2016 is required by law to use “best efforts” to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor who gives more than $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations and national banks are prohibited. Contributio
ns from federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions from persons or entities meeting the definition of a “foreign national” are prohibited. Additionally, contributions from state government contractors that conduct business with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) are prohibited. All contributions must include a statement from the contributor that the contribution is not from a prohibited source. Contributions to Davidson For Congress 2016 are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes.
