The Indiana Fire Investigator certification course has been approved by the International as an alternate / substitute course for the Fundamentals course. In order for the course to count as an alternate / substitute the instructor needs to email the IAAI at [email protected] and include in the email the CV’s of all instructors for the course, the course dates and location, and indicate it’s in reference to alternate / substitute course approval number FF1160277 prior to the start of the course. We recommend sending this no less than 30 days prior to the start of the course. No prior state certification courses will count, only those submitted with these requirements.
