The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on the whereabouts of Kenneth R. Bailey, who is wanted for Failure to Register as a S*x or Violent Offender under cause number 49D21-2509-028538.
Bailey was convicted of S*xual Misconduct with a Minor on April 8, 2016, in Lake County, Indiana (cause number 45G01-1507-F5-00059). He is classified as a S*x Offender.
Kenneth Bailey is a 50-year-old Black male. He is 5’10” tall, weighs approximately 210 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is March 31, 1976.

They must also report changes like a new address, job, or vehicle. If they fail to do so, a warrant is issued, and they are considered non-compliant. The Marion County Sheriff's Office has a zero-tolerance policy for s*x offenders.
