✨Staff Spotlight: Director of Operations and Finance, Faith Koteff, MPH, has been with CSC Indy for just over a decade. She began as the hospital program coordinator and later moved into a managerial role overseeing the Emma’s Art Kit partnership before becoming the Director of Operations in February of 2026.

"I’ve really been enjoying this transition—learning a great deal, improving processes, and staying closely connected to both our mission and the participants we serve," Faith said. "I’m looking forward to the future of CSC with the strong, new leadership guiding us, and I’m excited to continue advancing our mission and deepening our impact in the Indianapolis, Bloomington and surrounding areas."

🌟Staff Spotlight: Jessica Weston

The Hospital Coordinator for Community Health Network, Jessica Weston is incredibly skilled at making CSC Indy participants aware of the resources at their fingertips – and a bit less alone and overwhelmed by their diagnosis.

Jessica realized how passionate she was about the great work CSC Indy does when she completed an internship on our campus; she was excited to return in a full-time capacity and make connections with those who are beginning to participate in CSC Indy programming.
