💙 Moving Beyond Cancer Treatment—Together

Finishing cancer treatment can bring a whole new set of questions and challenges. Moving Beyond is here to help you navigate what comes next.

Since 2012, Cancer Support Community Indiana and Franciscan Health have partnered to offer this FREE, 8-week survivorship program designed to support survivors as they move forward after treatment. Caregivers and family members are welcome, too!

Led by experts in cancer survivorship, each week explores an important part of life after treatment—from nutrition, emotional well-being and managing side effects to self-care, relationships, physical activity and working with your medical team.

Choose the option that works best for you:

💻 Virtual: Tuesdays | 5:30–7:30 PM
📍 In Person at Franciscan Health Cancer Center: Thursdays | 1:30–3:30 PM

Moving Beyond is free and open to anyone, regardless of where you received cancer treatment. Participants also receive a Moving Beyond survivorship kit filled with program materials and wellness resources.
