 No redundant posting of comments will be accepted.
 No advertisements or personal promotions will be accepted. ICOPD will remove any comments that do not meet these standards. Repeated and/or egregious offenders will be blocked from commenting. Comments to ICOPD pages are considered to be in the public domain unless clearly stated otherwise.

PLEASE JOIN US on May 7, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the CareerLink Building, 300 Indian Springs Rd, Suite 202, Indiana PA 15701.

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission and Indiana County Public Participation Panel will host an informational public meeting, May 7, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This meeting will begin with a short presentation of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission’s Transportation Improvement Program and a display of Indiana County Transportation Projects. The meeting will be held at CareerLink Building starting at 3:00 p.m.

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for years 2027-2030 is being developed and the public meeting will serve as an introduction and a status update to the draft TIP will be available for public review. Staff from SPC, PennDOT, and the counties will take part and will be available to answer questions pertaining to specific transportation projects and infrastructure planning.
