is a vital organization comprised of a compassionate staff, dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of older adults in Indiana County. We provide opportunities to enhance senior social, physical, and mental skills utilizing our various programs.

🧠The 4th Annual Brain Health Fair is this Thursday, June 4th, at the Indiana Mall from 10am-1pm.

There is a lot going on this year:
💜Dementia Friendly Indiana County Kickoff, featuring remarks from ASI, Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Related Disorders Office at Pennsylvania Department of Aging, and the Indiana County Commissioners Office.

👉The first 25 attendees to the kickoff will receive a FREE Dementia Friendly Indiana County tote bag!

😎Over 27 businesses and organizations on site to provide resources and answer your questions!

🥦First day of distribution for Senior Farmers' Market Vouchers in Indiana County.

🙂Pop up Social Center with a full schedule of activities that are open to the public!

ASI will have a pop-up Social Center at the Brain Health Fair on Thursday, June 4th. Stop in the Community Room at the Indiana Mall (former Rue 21 store) to see woodcarving demonstrations, participate in a yoga or fitness class and listen to a jam band.

Are you providing unpaid care for a family member or loved one?

You may be eligible to participate in a study evaluating the PA CareKit, a collection of tools, information, and support to help caregivers learn more, plan ahead, or catch their breath.

Participants will receive free one-on-one support from a trained CareKit Coach who can help you navigate caregiving challenges, explore available resources, and use the CareKit tools.

Your participation may help you in your caregiving and will help improve supports for caregivers across Pennsylvania.
