Youth Advisory Council Meeting Summary October 14th 2016
•Motion to begin the meeting is approved.
•It is decided the YAC secretary will document all future meetings.
•The secretary gives a brief update on social media; the YAC now has a Facebook, Instagram, etc.
•The Vice Chair gives an update on the flowers that were requested for purchase. Three different kinds of flowers at four per group were purchased for approximately sixty-seven dollars.
•Preparations for the booth are made. It is decided the pots should sell for forty, and the flowers for eight, forty-five together.
•The Chair reminds everyone about the coastal cleanup.
•The meeting ends.
