The Imlay City Fire Department is committed to providing high quality services to our Imlay City and Imlay Township residents. Posted below are our run counts for the Month of May 2026.

The Imlay City Firefighters conducted over 75 hours of training across two meetings. Training included Scene Size Up and Situational Awareness, and HazMat Recertification. We also supported the Hispanic Festival Piñata event and were fortunate to provide a Fire Prevention Program to Head Start Children.

We continue to update CO, smoke detectors and batteries in the community as part of our fire prevention activities, contact us if you need more informaton.

The Imlay City Firefighters conducted over 48 hours of training across one meeting. Training included 2025 year end busines wrap-up and 2026 planning. We co-hosted with Imlay City Police Department four families for "Shop with a Hero" at Meijer in Lapeer. We also supported the Imlay City Winterfest with our Responder Exhibit and Parade support.
