Inside the KO, the oh so luscious 200 square feet. Unlike our other units this is an actual drywall in a transportable building! Next steps heated floors, tile, cabinets, fixtures, and not to forgot the most pimped out bathroom of the bunch. More to come!!

If you didn't know, we are excited to announce my brother Brian Malarkey, I and several investors are opening Hawkeye and Huckleberry Lounge in Bend Oregon.

Celebrity chef Brian Malarkey grew up on ranch in Tumalo. Now, he's bringing his culinary art home with a new restaurant opening soon at the old Walt Reilly's in Bend.

We couldn't be happier, we have located and recovered the stolen 4 Wheeler!!! Thank you for those who helped participate in the recovery. The 4 Wheeler was found 1 mile from the property, hidden in the woods. We are still missing a stand up paddle board and 3 camp stoves, but we will chalk this current recovery as a win. We will be enhancing security on the property to prevent further chances of this happening. Thank you for the support

If you provide details that lead to the recovery of our white and black Kawasaki KVF 750 vin JKAVFDG30MB519579 four wheeler (pictured below) we will give you $1,000 no questions asked. Rainbow Lake, someone has trespassed and created damage and theft by cutting locks and breaking into our storage container stealing items such as paddle boards and this 4 wheeler.
If you see it please send report, or if you would like to return our belongings please do so.

Sadly we have to report a theft at Rainbow Lake, sometime June 13-14 our container and items inside were stolen. My brothers almost new 2021 Kawasaki KVF 750 vin JKAVFDG30MB519579 four wheeler (pictured below) and 1 inflatable paddle board were stolen. We believe this was done by locals as it was stolen on weeknight, and we believe the stolen items are in the surrounding area. If you know any information please contact the Linn County Sheriffs office 541.967.3950 or if the assailants would like to return the items to our property we will not press charges. However rest assure that if you decide to keep the stolen items, we will to the best of our abilities find you. Please share this post to help us. Thank you the Malarkey family

It’s been a while since we’ve updated this page and there has been a lot of requests that need to be answered. We are currently removing dead burnt trees and have work crews in and out of the area. With that said we are going to continue to limit access until the area is safe, and at this time are not allowing people to the site. We will have more updates over the next 30 days. We appreciate your interest and patience as we work through the carnage caused by the Beachie Creek Fire.

We have been working hard to clean up Rainbow lake and make it useable again. We have added two more camp decks and have begun clearing Debris from the fires. We are still not allowing anyone outside of immediate family and workers are allowed onto the property due to it’s current status, but we will update everyone as we progress on the clean up.

Rainbow Lake update. We’ve had a flood of questions about Rainbow Lake since the fire and would like to update everyone. As many of you know the area was devastated by last years fire, most trees were burnt and many have fallen over. The lake trees were mostly preserved but many had their roots burnt, we are unsure if they will survive. Access to the area is limited, many trees continue to fall over and the forest service in an effort to prevent injury have locked most roads to the area. With that said, we are limiting access to the lake until further analysis is done. We will be post pictures of the burn damage in a future post as well make updates about restoration efforts. Attached is a video of a cabin on site, before and after the fire.
