Together in Clear Creek County, we will guide and encourage our youth on their journey to a happy, healthy, and successful future.

Communities That Care (CTC) is a youth health planning process to:
- Encourage healthy behaviors for kids and teens
- Offer more opportunities and activities for youth
- Create an environment that encourages young people to thrive!
