Wes comes to work early, stays late or shows up on weekends to support the project as needed. He consistently puts in extra effort and works closely with other organizations to support employee and project needs.

Wes manages the crews and supervisors daily to ensure the work is being performed properly, safely and efficiently. He also sees that any Union questions or concerns are properly addressed.

Ryan is an invaluable and integral part of the Advanced Mixed Waste Treatment Program Treatment Facility (TF) Management team. He is the Lead for all TF operational maintenance items as well as procedural revision control. His attention to detail ensures project compliance.

Ryan routinely fills various leadership roles across the project and is a key member of the TF Operations Drill Team.

Planning for new nuclear energy is happening right now in Idaho.

The Department of Energy recently approved the conceptual design for a new used nuclear fuel staging facility at the Idaho National Laboratory Site — a 15,000-square-foot structure that will hold safely packaged fuel canisters as they await permanent shipment out of state.

Expected to be complete between 2030 and 2032, this facility is a direct investment in America's nuclear fuel cycle.
