Seniors, regular working people who have been laid off and lost their health insurance, and others who have low paying jobs are about to have their world shattered if Donald Trump gets what he wants. In 2018 Donald Trump removed the GHSA - GLOBAL HEALTH SECURITY AGENDA, which was created to stop the spread of infectious disease. The GHSA could have prevented the spread of Covid:19. Next, Donald Trump ignored daily briefings on the danger and spread of the virus. He currently interferes and handicaps the Center for Disease Control's efforts to stop the spread of this pandemic in America. Donald Trump's rallies are a direct path for more Americans to be infected. To make matters worse, Donald Trump is now poised to remove the Affordable Care Act and take away the last chance of salvation for our citizens to survive who can't afford health care. Removing the ACA would leave more than 23 million people without healthcare plans.

The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court late on Thursday to overturn the Affordable Care Act, telling the court that “the entire ACA must fall.” The administration’s argument comes as hundreds of thousands of Americans have turned to the government program for health care as they’ve lost jobs during the coronavirus pandemic.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) denounced the move as “an act of unfathomable cruelty” during the pandemic.
