Congratulations to Joe Andros '26, who won the bronze medal, finishing third in the nation at the Scholastic Rowing Association of America's (SRAA) National Championship Regatta in Tennessee on May 24th. Rowing in the single event, Joe performed well in the semi-finals, finishing second in his heat and moving on to the finals. Joe had an incredible performance in the finals, as he sprinted from sixth place all the way to third in the final 250 meters, earning the bronze medal.

The FDR Girls Junior Four also competed at the SRAA national championship. The four, made up of Alex Dean (coxswain), Sarah Stratton, Emma Hunt, Cadence Forster, and Ginny Martinez, placed fourth in their semi-final. While they did not qualify for the grand finals, they beat 17 other crews and placed 11th out of the best women's junior fours in the country.

Congratulations to our rowers, coaches, and everyone who has worked hard and supported the team.
