Help beautify the Trolley Trail, connect with neighbors, and get updates from your Ward 1 Councilmembers at a Ward 1 check-in on June 6! Clean-up volunteers will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Trolley Trail entrance at the intersection of Farragut Street and Baltimore Ave.

Bring a water bottle, hat, and comfortable clothes. Trash bags and pickers will be provided. The Ward Check-in will begin at 10:35 a.m. at Spice Six, 5501 Baltimore Ave and includes samosas, chai, and lassi! Please RSVP by June 4.

World Bicycle Day is celebrated annually on June 3 to promote cycling as a sustainable, healthy, and inclusive mode of transportation. Having three bike shops (.bicycle, , and ) along the Trolley Trail is a great resource for riders and another reason to get out and explore this incredible community asset.

Whether you ride, walk, run, roll, or march, there’s a way for everyone to enjoy the trail. This year’s Trolley Trail Day on June 13th will feature bike rides, a scavenger hunt, and Pride-themed events along the corridor. However you choose to traverse the trail, we hope you’ll join us at our Hyattsville hubs celebrating the connections that make our communities vibrant and accessible.

Trolley Trail Day Rides:
9:00 a.m. - College Park Bikes Patuxent Research Refuge ride from College Park Bicycles
9:00 a.m. - Slow Roll Sunday (on a Saturday) Ride from 3711 Studios in Mount Rainier
10:00 a.m. - College Park Bikes to Mount Rainier Ride from College Park Bicycles
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Proteus Bicycles and Brews scavenger hunt!
11:30 a.m. - Arrow Bicycles Brewery Ride from Arrow Bicycles
