The Lake Marion public water access will be closed starting tomorrow, September 15th, for reconstruction. The project is anticipated to be completed by October 2, 2026.

Members of the public will be allowed to use the Brownton Rod & Gun Club access on the south side of the lake during the project.

A big thank you to the McLeod County 4-H volunteers for the installation of the concrete edging and mulch in the garden beds outside of the 4-H Building at the Fairgrounds! Another great addition to the best County Fairgrounds in Minnesota. 😉
