The Library is closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day, but our online services are available 24/7. Just go to hursttx.gov/hplonline or the Digital Resources link in our bio to access eBooks, streaming media, and more. The Library will reopen at our usual time, Tuesday, September 8, at 10 a.m.

Sign ups are now open for our upcoming FAFSA Workshop with TCC Northeast!

Making financial plans for college? Learn about the FAFSA at this workshop by the mentors from TCC Northeast! Register for free at hursttx.gov/hplsignup or by contacting the Library. Open to high school seniors and students returning to college.

The 2027-2028 FAFSA application will not open until October 1. TCC mentors will be happy to assist you in filling out the current 2026-2027 application and answer any questions you have about the upcoming 27-28 application. If you would like help with your 26-27 application at this event, make sure to have your 2024 tax return information on hand.
