Hi all lovers of Pah Tempe: sorry for our lateness in posting this, but as of May 16, 2013, Pah Tempe is now physically controlled by the Washington County Water Conservancy District. We're sorry to report that the Water District is not allowing any visitors to the hot springs, and have emptied the grotto pools.

The Anderson family thanks all of its supporters and well-wishers in the 28+ year battle with the WCWCD to ensure the preservation of Pah Tempe’s sacred, healing waters. Unfortunately, we were not able to effectively combat various backroom legal & financial dealings.

The fight to make financial interests understand that humans DO value the mineral water of Pah Tempe is not over, but we want to make it clear that the Anderson family is no longer allowed to live on, maintain, or even visit the property. For the time being, if you have questions about the Hot Springs' availability, please contact the WCWCD at (435) 673-3617. Thank you.

Thank you all for your support and care, for your kind words and good wishes !!!
Ken will be in Court on behalf of Pah Tempe
tomorrow at 10 am in Salt Lake City,
360 South Main Street in the Federal Court building,

Please send him good thoughts and prayers for strength and clarity and also to the judge, that he can see the situation with objectivity and fairness and that he may rule accordingly.
You have been most helpful in the past. We know that you can make a difference this time as well.
Many many thanks!

Dear friends of Pah Tempe,
As most of you know, the March 5th hearing was postponed upon request of the WCWCD and a new court date was scheduled for this coming Friday, March 22nd at the Appellate Court in Salt Lake City at 10am (360 South Main Street in the Federal Court building). Most unfortunately we have not been allowed to operate during these last few weeks and were completely cut off from our customers and supporters of the Hot Springs. The judge expressed his regrets for this difficult situation but couldn't oppose this strong request that the WCWCD insisted be imposed upon us. It has been extremely difficult to keep the beautiful Pah Tempe property maintained under these severe circumstances.

In the meantime the WCWCD keeps claiming that the Hot Springs water is poison and is polluting the
Virgin River and the District does everything to continue to undermine the operation and the livelihood of the Anderson family before this case has been properly resolved.

Ken again will be presenting the merits of our case “per se” to Judge Clark Walloups in this David and Goliath battle.

We are extremely grateful for this opportunity since the opposition has tried everything possible to avoid this important step forward.

We are well aware of how difficult it is to understand the many motives behind this situation but believe that most of you can see what is really going on here.

That's why it would be fantastic, most helpful and highly appreciated if you could come and show your support by attending this event. If you have friends in the SLC region who love the Springs and would like to help, we would be very grateful if you would forward this appeal to them.

If you live in the Salt Lake area and intend to be there with us, please let us know as soon as possible so we know how many of you will be at the hearing. If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please e-mail us or call, 435 635 2879.
With very many heartfelt thanks to you all !!!

To our Pah Tempe friends everywhere:
We are well aware that you are wondering about what is going on here at the beautiful Hot Springs.
The Judge at the appellate Court has granted us another hearing where Ken will be able to present the Court with "the merits of the case". We know that we have a very strong case and that with the right procedure we will be able to come forth with all the difficulties and injustices that have been thrown at Pah Tempe over all these years.
We have been asked by many friends how they could possibly help. Here is how:
The hearing on the "merits of the case" will take place on March 5th at 3:00pm in Salt Lake City, at the Federal Court house, 350 S Main Street.
Again, Ken will be presenting himself against the Washington County Water Conservancy District, the Trustee and the Debtor.
It would be wonderful if you could show your support and love for Pah Tempe by being present in the Court room.
Of course we want you to clearly understand the issues and ask you to please send us a personal message here on Face book with your e-mail address, if you are able to attend the hearing.
So very grateful to you all and many blessings and thanks,
Ken and Co

Dear friends and supporters of Pah Tempe Hot Springs,
last Friday, February 1st at the Federal Court in Salt Lake City Ken presented our case for protection from sale of Pah Tempe property
The first Judge, ruled against us, which was somewhat expected.
The Appellate Judge ruled that we have until a March 5th rehearing to convince the Court that the merits (arguments) of our case are valid. If the Court is convinced, the Judge indicated that he then would continue the stay ( "freeze") on all items relating ti the foreclosure sale of the property.
At the close of the second hearing the opposition made every effort to impose additional restrictions on us during this period before March 5th. The most personal was their complaint that we are entertaining guests at the Springs and therefore making some money. So in compromise, Judge Walloups decided that during this period until March 5th we must be entirely closed to the public.
Perhaps this is really a blessing in disguise. Hopefully this period of no public access, will stimulate greater concern by those who love, enjoy and appreciate this sacred national treasure.

Now we have a fixed deadline that must be met in order to win our objective to permanently protect these healing waters for all time to come.
Please call for more detailed information if you are interested (435 635 2879). This is a daunting challenge. We are confident that we can and will meet and prevail.
So in summary, all public open house gatherings and all private sessions are cancelled until further notice. This is the Judge's order and must be followed to the letter !!!
We need your help and support in these difficult times.
We are so grateful for all the years of past support that you all have so freely given. We will succeed with your prayers, good thoughts and dedicated support. As always we love the Hot Springs and joy into your continued efforts to permanently save this God given treasure.
The proceedings in the Courts were quiet amazing. Ken, all by himself, presenting Pah Tempe Hot Springs against 6 different attorneys, some there in person, some on the screen, out of St George. The first Judge, was in New York and ruled from there by phone.

That's all for now. We wish you all a good week and send you greetings and blessings to all,

Ken and Co

Dear friends and supporters,
Ken again today is presenting himself with all that he has concerning the long history of Pah Tempe at the Court in Salt Lake City at 1:30pm and at 3:00pm.
He has worked hard all his life to protect and preserve the Hot Springs and is well prepared to bring WHAT HE HAS ENDURED to the attention of the Judge.
Please send again your loving thoughts and prayers that the Judge has an open ear and that the day will end with a great favorable outcome for all and everyone concerned.
Love and blessings and much gratitude,
Co and famiy
