Folks, we have said it time and time again, PLEASE EMPTY YOUR BOXES AND BREAK THEM DOWN!!!

We even provide knives to cut them.. Also we are going to start retuning styrofoam to the porch of rightful owners for proper disposal. We DO NOT accept any styrofoam at this time; it all MUST go in your trash. (We have your addresses from the boxes)

But really folks, we HAVE TO start doing better about the stretchy plastics NOT going in the red bin.. There is a Blue trash can right in front of it specifically for them.

Did you know that not all plastics belong in the same recycling bin?

Our RED plastics bin is ONLY for:
✅ #1 Plastics (PET/PETE) – like water bottles & soda bottles
✅ #2 Plastics (HDPE) – like milk jugs, detergent bottles & shampoo bottles

Please DO NOT place:
❌ Toys
❌ Styrofoam
❌ Plastic bags
❌ Garden hoses
❌ Buckets
❌ Furniture
❌ Mixed plastics without a #1 or #2 label

When the wrong items are placed in the bin, it contaminates the load and can cause recyclable materials to be rejected — costing time and money for everyone.

📹 Reminder: Our entire recycling lot is monitored by security cameras 24/7. If you witness illegal dumping or someone placing prohibited items in the bins, PLEASE message us with details. We can review footage, identify the individual, and begin corrective actions.

Together, we can keep recycling clean, safe, and effective for our community! 💚♻️
