Looking for a good way to support moving your body this summer? This is a great 6 week- twice a week walking workout made for seniors and adults looking to move more, decrease pain and improve overall health!

Two locations for Walk with Ease
* Hurley Cary Park (Mondays and Fridays)
* Mercer Senior Center (Tuesday and Thursday)
