💦 How refreshing does some time in the pool sound in this weather?

Our swimmers have been making a splash at the Hurlburt Field Aquatic Center, putting in the work during swim lessons while building confidence and strengthening their skills in the water. 🏊

It’s also the perfect place to switch up your physical fitness routine. 💪 Did you know? Working out in the water is great for cardio and strength building, with added resistance that’s still easy on the joints.
