Jessie Anderson bought the lot in 1925 for $825.00, bought the Craftsman home for $2,500.00 delivered as a kit, then he paid $4,000.00 to have it assembled. He moved in the new home in 1926 with a total "out of pocket" cost of $7,325.00. Jessie worked at White Star Bakery as a baker. We recently have completely restored and updated the home, and also building a large two-car garage in the back yard.
