🌟HNC Spotlight🌟

James Salisbury, Huntsville Center physical scientist, explained some of the opportunities he has working for Huntsville Center's Environmental Munitions Center of Expertise. He is pictured presenting Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, CERCLA, Feasibility Studies for munitions response projects at the 2024 Military Munitions Support Services Stand Down at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

“The most satisfying part of my job as a physical scientist is helping project teams execute in multiple ways. Because my role involves deliverables review, technical training, guidance updates and development, and general process improvement, I have many opportunities to influence the technical quality of our work and the efficiency of our work processes. Working with a skilled group of professionals is very rewarding, and the overall program being focused on protecting human health and the environment is icing on the cake.”
