📚 Why is a library card important?

A library card is your key to so much more than books! It gives you FREE access to books, eBooks, audiobooks, movies, computers, Wi-Fi, research resources, and programs for all ages. It's one of the best free resources in our community!

📚✨ **WELCOME, OUR NEWEST JUNIOR LIBRARIANS!** ✨📚

We are excited to introduce our newest Junior Librarians, **Benjamin and Asher R., age 14!**

These two brothers are not only big readers, but they are always on the hunt for their next great book—and they have some GREAT recommendations for our library shelves!

**Meet Benjamin!**

Benjamin recommends *The Inheritance Cycle* by Christopher Paolini, including:
*Eragon*
*Eldest*
*Brisingr*
*Inheritance*

He loves stories filled with **dragons, hidden secrets, mysterious characters, magic, superheroes, great villains, mysteries, and even aliens!**

When Benjamin is browsing the shelves, he especially enjoys finding books about dragons, Egyptian or Greek gods, superheroes, and villains. He loves a book with a great plot that keeps him guessing and characters with lots of depth.

He is looking forward to reading the *Stranger Things Junior Novelization* series and *Project Hail Mary*.

And if you see Benjamin at the library, ask him about his idea for getting kids together to **trade Pokémon cards!**

**Meet Asher!**

Asher recommends **any of the Hardy Boys books** because he loves how crazy and unexpected the plots can be!

When Asher is looking for a new book, he looks for characters with great personalities. He especially enjoys stories with **interesting places, people, and things**, along with a little magic or superheroes thrown in!

Asher says he enjoys reading the most **right here at the library**, and if he could add one thing to our library, it would be a **LEGO room!**

He is looking forward to reading *Project Hail Mary* and the *Stranger Things Junior Novelization* series with his brother, as well as *Artemis Fowl*.

As you can see from their recommendations, Benjamin and Asher have GREAT taste in books and a wide range of interests!**

We always enjoy seeing these two come into the library. They are constantly finding new books for us to consider adding to our collection—and they often end up being books that other kids their age are excited to read too!

So the next time you're looking for something new to read, **come see what Benjamin and Asher have discovered!** You might just find your next favorite book.
