United Collegiate Black Scholars is a student-led think tank that seeks to be the repository for Black policy. Our product is "The Prescription," an agenda containing policies, research, and courses of action relevant to the empowerment of the black community. UCBS engages in community outreach at least once a month and hosts formal meetings every fourth Thursday of the month.
