⏳ One month left to apply for the Women’s Philanthropy Society grants!

Through the Power of S.H.E.E. framework, the Women’s Philanthropy Society invests in bold solutions that support women and families across our community. This year’s focus is Education, supporting initiatives that create lasting impact from early learning through adulthood.

Selected organizations will move through a two-stage process, beginning with a Letter of Intent (LOI), with a small number invited to submit full proposals.

Last year’s grants totaled $75,000—funding programs that are making a real difference.

Don’t miss your opportunity to be part of this work.

Members of our team were honored to connect this week with two mayors from across our five-county footprint. On Thursday morning, we attended Mayor Jim McCamy's Scottsboro State of the City Address. During the presentation of his Legacy Award to the founder of the IMPACT Learning Center, Mayor McCamy highlighted a grant the organization received earlier in the week from the Community Foundation's Ruth & Lyle Taylor Fund. Then on Friday afternoon City of Madison,'s Mayor Ranae Bartlett stopped by our office for a check presentation from the same fund for her inaugural Mayor's Youth Council. We value opportunities to connect with leaders and organizations across our region as we grow into our Greater Huntsville name.
