We were honored to join leaders and advocates in Montgomery, Alabama as two important proclamations were signed recognizing Transition Awareness Month for Youth and Young Adults with Disabilities and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

Alongside the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services, we celebrated the importance of supporting youth and young adults with disabilities as they transition into adulthood and ensuring access to education, employment, and independence.

We also joined the Alabama Department of Mental Health in recognizing the value, contributions, and inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities across our communities.

We are proud to stand with our state partners in advocating for opportunities, awareness, and support for all individuals.

Thank you to Publix Super Markets Charities for their generous grant supporting our Early Childhood Program! Because of their support, we were able to purchase sensory and feeding items that help the children we serve learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment. We are grateful for partners like Publix who invest in our community and support children and families.
