INCLUDING the First Right of Refusals there were a total of 427 Properties - THEY ALL SOLD. 🥳

Now What? You are the owner of 4 (FOUR) Tax Lien Certificates on a property which means you can now foreclose. What do you do? We suggest you contact an attorney.

This Team REALLY works hard to have a low number of properties in the Auction....that is our yearly goal. This year is no different however.....the clock is running out and the countdown is on....

There is still time to pay your REAL ESTATE TAXES!!
As of this morning there are 900 Taxpayers we are working to reach. This team works hard to locate EVERY Property Owner!!
HOW? We call, text, email AND we visit the property and post notices.
WHY? Because we believe it is important for us to make every attempt to reach THE property owner so they have the opportunity to pay THEIR property taxes.
On May 4th at 4:00 pm we will no longer accept payments.
At 9:00am on May 5th every delinquent property will be a part of the Tax Lien Auction.
We are working diligently to get this number low! Our goal is to have a historically low number of properties to auction.
Forms of Payments Now Accepted: Cash, Certified Fund or Wire
