Business Personal and Property Taxes become due on October 1st -
Payments can be paid without penalty until December 31st

NOTICEThe appraised valuations of all property listed for taxation by Madison County have been fixed as provided by law and filed in the Tax Assessor’s office. The Board of Equalization will hear protests on any of these valuations provided these protests are filed in writing by May 17, 2025.

It’s that time!! Tax Assessor, Cliff Mann has finalized the Madison County Abstract for the upcoming collection year. Whew….Madison County continues to grow and thrive!! 🙌

What an honor it was to get to be a panelist and represent the Office of Madison County Tax Collector today along with these successful women! It’s been an amazing day. Madison County is blessed in so many ways and these ladies have been instrumental in the shaping….talk about inspiring!!!

Tax Lien Auction & Sale Update:
INCLUDING the First Right of Refusals there were a total of 427 Properties - THEY ALL SOLD. 🥳

Now What? You are the owner of 4 (FOUR) Tax Lien Certificates on a property which means you can now foreclose. What do you do? We suggest you contact an attorney.
