INCLUDING the First Right of Refusals there were a total of 427 Properties - THEY ALL SOLD. 🥳

Now What? You are the owner of 4 (FOUR) Tax Lien Certificates on a property which means you can now foreclose. What do you do? We suggest you contact an attorney.

If you have NOT paid YOUR Property Taxes this Countdown is for YOU!!! On Friday, May 1st the Amount Due Increases and on Tuesday, May 5th - we will hold the Online Tax Lien Auction beginning at 9:00am
This Team REALLY works hard to have a low number of properties in the Auction....that is our yearly goal. This year is no different however.....the clock is running out and the countdown is on....
