MADISON COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM - RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

This Madison County School System social media page aims to share important information about the district with the public and engage in an open and respectful dialogue. To help us accomplish this goal, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:

- Open conversation, not personal issues. This page is not intended to circumvent regular communication channels for sharing personal problems and concerns. Comments regarding a personal issue with the district, a school, or a staff member will be removed.

- Be respectful. Personal attacks or comments that are deemed offensive to any member of our community will not be tolerated. Inappropriate remarks and profanity will be removed.

- Want to boost your product sales? Publish a personal page, and leave ours for sharing news and insights about our district.

- Stay on topic. This page is dedicated to highlighting students in the Madison County School System. Let’s keep the conversation related to this topic. Comments are welcome as long as they directly relate to a topic.

- Have a question for a specific employee? Fans should not expect responses to every question or comment on this page.

- Be aware of the mission. The mission of the Madison County School System is education. Please ensure your comments are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages.

- Be factual; blatantly inaccurate information will not be allowed. MCSS social media managers will remove false information and post accurate information.

- All comments and communication must come from a verifiable account. Statements made by individuals who misrepresent themselves, representing themselves as someone other than themselves or from unverifiable accounts, will be removed.

- Employees of the Madison County School System may have personal pages. Don’t be surprised or offended if your request to “friend” them is ignored. District policy encourages staff to keep their private lives personal. This page is yours, and we want you to feel comfortable sharing your views about the Madison County School System. Just know abuse of the above guidelines can lead to removing a specific posting or your blocking/removal from our fan page.

The Bucks of Buckhorn High School finished their friday night with a big win over Hazel Green. The Class 6A 1st & Sold Player of the Week Parker Turley was a big part in their success. Turley passed 13 for 19 attempts, earning 280 yards & 4 TD’s in Bucks 48-22 win over Hazel Green. Congrats Parker!
