Today, we celebrate Women’s Equality Day—a day to recognize the progress women have made and to remind ourselves that there is still work to do to ensure every woman has the opportunity to thrive.

At Dress for Success River Cities, we see every day how access to employment, professional resources, confidence, and financial stability can change a woman’s future. The women we serve include single mothers, women re-entering the workforce, women rebuilding their lives, and women facing significant financial barriers.
For these women, equality means more than having a seat at the table. It means having the tools, opportunities, support, and confidence to reach that table in the first place.
Today, we celebrate the strength and resilience of the women in our community—and we invite you to be part of creating more opportunities for them.
Because when women have the opportunity to succeed, families grow stronger, communities become stronger, and everyone benefits

“Where Confidence Begins: 20 Years of Strength, Style, and Success” takes place September 29, 2026, from 6–8 PM. Come celebrate 20 years of empowering women while enjoying a fashion show featuring the women we serve, a silent auction, and an unforgettable evening of celebration and inspiration.
