They cover all eras from The Ed Sullivan performances up to the rooftop concert and Abbey Road. Penny Lane’s dedication to replicating The Beatles sound is evident in their performance. The band achieves their sound by using the exact instruments The Beatles used, coupled with soaring harmonies. If you close your eyes, you will think you have John. Join Lauren Vlachos, Executive Director of the Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center, as she shares practical advice on understanding dementia, spotting early signs, and effective communication strategies for caregivers. Lauren will also demonstrate the Huntington Public Library's new themed Cognitive Care Kits — high-quality puzzles, books, conversation cards, fidget tools, and art supplies designed to spark joy, reduce agitation, and create meaningful moments with loved ones.

Exhibit: September 11, 2001: The Day That Changed the World
We invite all to view this educational exhibition that tells the story of September 11, 2001, through the personal experiences of those who witnessed and survived the attacks. The exhibit combines archival photographs with images of artifacts from the 9/11 Museum's permanent collection. On display in the Main Auditorium

Join local author and Professor Ann Helfgott for a reading and discussion of her historical fiction novel, The Naomi Scrolls: A Midrashic Love Story.

Imagine a discovery that shakes the world of biblical scholarship: four scrolls, dating back more than 3,000 years, are unearthed in Bethlehem—and they were written by a woman: Naomi, the beloved mother-in-law from the Book of Ruth.

Professor Helfgott will share excerpts from her novel and discuss the story behind this fascinating fictional discovery. A Q&A and book signing will follow. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
