Congratulations to Eagle Scout Cailen Schaffer of Troop 74 on the successful completion of his Eagle Scout project at the Hummel Nature Trail!

As part of his project, Cailen installed duck habitat boxes to provide safe nesting areas for local waterfowl and help support the health of our ecosystem. He also added an informational sign to educate visitors about the importance of wildlife habitat conservation. 🦆

The next time you visit the Hummel Nature Trail, keep an eye out for the duck boxes and learn more about the wildlife that calls the area home!
