Humboldt Public Library serves the community of Humboldt, KS and surrounding areas to provide access to books, audiobooks, videotapes, DVDs, magazines, newspapers, and more. The library also has five public access computers, as well as a fax machine and copier for public use. Humboldt Public Library is part of the Southeast Kansas Library System (SEKLS) and receives in rotation about 300 new books every six weeks.

On Tuesday, June 2 from 10:30 to 11:30 we will have a program on Dinosaur Adventure Sensory and Cooperative Play. Tara Soloman-Smith from Kansas State Extension will read-aloud and bring dinosaur stories to life through hands-on sensory play. Older youth can play Dinosaur Escape, a cooperative game where players use memory and teamwork to rescue dinosaurs before the volcano erupts. Recommended age preschool through third game.
