We have a great time at The Terraces at Kingwood, but sometimes we are a part of fun events outside of our community.

We’re partnering with the Kingwood Community Center to co-host karaoke night on Friday, September 18th from 4 - 6 p.m. Come sing along with us! Snacks and drinks are provided and the event is free!

We painted pelicans, sipped sangria, and learned a lot about blending colors at this month‘s paint and sip! It was a successful afternoon and the paintings are fabulous!

Our next paint and sip is Saturday, September 26th at 3:00 p.m. We will be painting a fall themed masterpiece! The next painting is perfect for beginners. Come paint with us - we would love to have you as our guest!

Congratulations to Denissa, the first recipient of our Sales Champion award!

A Sales Champion is a team member who helps support the sales process by creating a welcoming and positive experience for prospective residents and their families. They proudly represent the community, engage with visitors, answer questions, share what makes the community special, and help prospects feel comfortable and excited about potentially calling it home.

Denissa does all of this and more! We are so happy she is a part of our team!

Congratulations to our employee of the month, Teresa!

Teresa takes care of the laundry for our entire community! It’s a big job and she does it with an incredibly organized system, full days of washing/drying/folding/hanging and always with a smile on her face! (She also picks laundry up from each apartment and delivers it back)

Teresa spreads kindness and joy to our residents and our team!
