If Family Promise were a ship, Nikki would be the one making sure everyone knew which boat they were on, where it was headed, what time it left, and she'd probably have color-coded boarding passes.
Nikki doesn't just have a plan.
📋 She has a plan.
📋 A backup plan.
📋 A backup plan for the backup plan.
📋 And a spreadsheet tracking all three.
While the rest of us are saying things like, "We'll figure it out," Nikki has already created a timeline, a checklist, a communication schedule, and a contingency plan.
In triplicate.
As the mastermind behind this year's Giving Day campaign, Nikki has spent countless hours organizing teams, coordinating captains, creating schedules, tracking progress, sending reminders, updating spreadsheets, and generally making sure the rest of us appear far more organized than we actually are.

Nikki is partnering with Lamb of God Lutheran for Giving Day and has one simple goal:

Because after all the planning she's done, we really shouldn't make her create another tracking spreadsheet explaining why we didn't.
