🇺🇸 A Day to Remember & Honor 🇺🇸

Today, our community came together for the Veterans Rock Dedication, a beautiful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have worn the uniform to protect our freedom.

The Hull Area Chamber of Commerce would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU the Wegman-Koele Post 380 American Legion and everyone who helped make this special project possible — from the organizers and volunteers to each and every sponsor who generously supported this meaningful tribute. Your time, generosity, and dedication helped create something our community can be proud of for years to come. ❤️🤍💙

Bubba Sorensen with The Freedom Rock did a phenomenal job bringing this vision to light! For those who aren’t aware, he paints all of the Iowa Freedom Rocks in each of our 99 counties!

And most importantly, thank you to all who have served and continue to serve our country. We are incredibly grateful for your sacrifices, your courage, and the freedoms you have helped protect.

May this Veterans Rock always serve as a reminder that freedom is never free, and the service of our veterans will never be forgotten.

🇺🇸 Remembering 25 Years Later🇺🇸
September 11, 2001

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost and the families forever changed by the events of September 11, 2001.

25 years later, we remember the innocent lives taken, the heroes who ran toward danger, the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the countless acts of courage, compassion, and unity that followed.

May we never forget the people who were lost, the families who continue to carry their absence, and the strength of a nation that stood together in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Today, may we remember.
May we honor.
May we pray.
And may we continue to choose unity, kindness, courage, and love for one another.
