Corey Fechter of Oklahoma Farm Bureau spoke with us about their 'Coats for Kids' program. They are currently collecting funds to help make sure thousands of kids in our state have warm coats during cold times.

Debbie Streun and Arthea Tempel of the Choctaw County Election Office spoke to our club about the upcoming June primaries. In it, we will have decisions to make on Governor, Lieutenant Governor, various state positions, and our State House District Representative for District 19. In addition, there will be State Question 832, which looks to amend the state minimum wage. All area citizens need to prepare themselves for Tuesday, June 16.
