Last call to submit your application for the Rural Regional Reorientation Program! The Oklahoma Rural Health Transformation Program has released a public grant application through a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Rural Regional Reorientation (RRR) Program.

Applications are due by tomorrow night, June 12, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. CT.

RRR will provide grants of up to $4 million to eligible clinical and social service providers, either individually or in partnership with one or more entities.
