🍼 A big thank you to Osceola Medical Center for hosting another Diaper Drive in support of the UW Valleys Diaper Bank!

Since 2022, OMC has hosted five Diaper Drives, collecting 10,832 diapers and 206 packages of wipes, totaling more than $3,200 in in-kind donations.

We’re grateful for OMC’s continued partnership and commitment to supporting local families. Thank you for continuing to show up for our community! 💙

💙 Meet Allison Cahill, our new 211 Program Director!

We’re excited to welcome Allison to the UW Valleys team. Originally from Iowa and a graduate of Iowa State University, Allison brings a background in social services and a passion for connecting with people and helping communities access the support they need.

As our new 211 Director, Allison is looking forward to expanding the network of information and resources available through 211 and connecting with people throughout the Valleys.

Outside of work, you’ll find Allison enjoying crafts like knitting and crocheting, reading or listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her family and dog at the lake. 🧶📚🐾

🍼 A big thank you to the Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley for a great Diaper Drive! 💙

Thanks to everyone who donated and supported the drive, the community collected 4,322 diapers and 9 packages of wipes!

That’s enough diapers for 54 children to receive diapers next month through the UW Valleys Diaper Bank.

A special thank you to the Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley Parent Advisory Council for helping make this drive possible and for all your hard work supporting local families! 💙

🛠️ Day of Caring 2026 | Dunn & Pepin Counties is coming together!

🚨 Today, August 31, is the last day for nonprofits to register a project for Day of Caring.

We’ve started visiting organizations ahead of October 1 to see what they have planned and get a better sense of how volunteers will be putting their time and talents to work. Last Friday, we stopped by Mission Restoring Hope to learn more about what they have in store. They’re one of the organizations already preparing for October 1, along with:

The Osceola Medical Center Diaper Drive wraps up tomorrow, August 28. If you’ve been meaning to donate, now is the time!

You can drop off diapers and baby wipes at Osceola Medical Center or use the QR code to purchase supplies online for delivery. 🍼
